Important Dates for Seniors

Important Information for Seniors from the Student Support Center

Seniors need to update their SCOIR accounts. Please follow these steps:

Add a decision to each university or college in your SCOIR account (i.e. accepted, denied, waitlisted, etc.).
If you have decided where you will be attending, please indicate which school. This is a very important step, where you tell us you are going is where we will send your final transcript.
Email all scholarships awarded to you, even ones you plan not to use, to Mrs. Seymour.
Log volunteer hours in your Mobile Serve account.

*All items need to be completed to receive your cap and gown for graduation.

DIPLOMA

Please enter your senior's name as it should appear on their diploma.

The diploma name should be your student’s full legal name.

This should include the middle name as well.
If the name includes a suffix, add it to the last name field with the desired punctuation.

This is the name that will be used for the diploma, the Commencement program, and the name read during Commencement.

Please make sure that everything is spelled correctly.
