Please complete the form to purchase tickets to the SJCP 2022 Junior/Senior Prom on Friday, April 21.

If you are purchasing a ticket for a non-SJCP Guest, please print the permission slip and return it to the Front Office by Wednesday, April 19.

After purchasing tickets, your name will be added to the list for check-in at the door.
