El Salvador Mission Trip
SJCP students have an exciting service opportunity: a mission trip to El Salvador in partnership with the Building Futures Project, a nonprofit focused on housing, education, and community development.
The trip will take place June 6-13, 2026, during which students will work alongside local families on construction and community projects while learning about Salvadoran culture, social justice, and global service. Building Futures Project has years of experience leading safe, well-structured trips, and its mission emphasizes building relationships and creating long-term impact.
An informational meeting will be scheduled to review the typical itinerary, safety protocols, cost (approx. $1,100 plus airfare), and expectations. A representative from the organization will join us to answer questions.
