The VPO is a social and volunteer organization. The VPO serves as a resource to the SJCP community under the direction of the Principal. Parent involvement is an important and beneficial part of school life. The VPO sponsors events, and offers volunteer opportunities to promote fellowship, pursue interest, and share expertise with the SJCP community. All SJCP parents and guardians are automatically members of the VPO and are welcome to attend the quarterly VPO leadership meetings.
Re-enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year is underway.
Re-enrollment contracts were mailed home on Friday, March 8, 2019. If you did not receive it, please contact the Director of Enrollment Management in the Admissions Office. Please return the signed Re-enrollment Contract and your deposit to the Admissions Office as soon as possible.

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $400.00 is required for all returning students along with a signed Re-enrollment Contract if returned by April 12, 2019. Re-enrollment Contracts received after April 12, 2019 will require a $750.00 deposit. This deposit will be applied against tuition payments for the school year.
A comprehensive student fee of $700.00 has been included on the contract. This fee is charged per student and includes class dues, most field trips, testing, retreat, yearbook, and technology dues but excludes fees for athletics and bus transportation. Please follow the instructions provided under the payment plan you select on the Re-enrollment Contract.
If you were enrolled in the FACTS Tuition Management Program for the 2018-2019 school year, your payments will automatically be set up for the 2019-2020 school year once you return your deposit and the Re-enrollment Contract with Plan C selected. If you have not used this program in the past and would like to begin, please click here. The FACTS Tuition Management Agreement must be completed online between May 3, 2019 and June 7, 2019.
Again, this year, Saint John’s has partnered with Sallie Mae and is able to offer another option to fund tuition through the Sallie Mae K – 12 Family Education Loan. To learn more please click here.
To all families who applied for financial aid for the 2019-2020 school year, decision letters were mailed on March 8, 2019 and, to those families who qualified, a revised Re-enrollment Contract accompanied this paperwork.
