Re-enrollment Contracts will be available on the new Saint John's Catholic Prep online enrollment portal on March 12, 2021.
What do I need to do now to re-enroll?
- If you have not logged on to the new enrollment system, please follow the steps below to access your account.
- Access the Enrollment Portal Login Help, enter your email address and check the password box. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
- After logging in to your parent account, verify the information on your Contact Card. Click on the pencil icon to make any changes.
After logging on, you are now ready to review and sign your re-enrollment contract.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I view my contract?
Log on to the enrollment portal. There will be a yellow bar at the top displaying “You have one contract to review”, click on this and it will take you to the contract. If you have more than one child at SJCP, you will need to toggle between children in the top right-hand corner.
What is the pop-up the appears when I try to open the contract?
The pop-up is confirming that you (the signer) understand that the digital, typed signature is equivalent to a manual handwritten signature.
How do I view my scholarship and financial aid awards?
All awards can be viewed on the contract. Open the contract and proceed to the second page. You will see a breakdown of the tuition and fees, including and deductions for scholarships and need-based aid that has been awarded.
Do I have to sign the contract the first time I view it?
No, you may view the contract and come back at another time to sign it.
Can I view and/or print my contract after I have signed and submitted it?
Yes! When you are in the Enrollment Portal, click on your name in the top right corner of the portal, click on the drop-down menu "files and forms”, then click on "show completed forms”. All completed forms will appear here.
Payment Plans Available
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $400.00 is required for all students along with a digitally signed Re-enrollment Contract by April 1, 2021. This deposit will be applied against tuition payments for the school year.
A comprehensive student fee of $700.00 has been included in the contract. This fee is charged per student and includes class dues, most field trips, testing, retreat, yearbook, and technology dues but excludes fees for athletics and bus transportation. There is also a $150 facility fee to maintain our expanding campus. Please follow the instructions provided under the payment plan you select on the Re-enrollment Contract.
If you were enrolled in the FACTS Tuition Management Program for the 2020-2021 school year, your payments will automatically be set up for the 2021-2022 school year once you return your deposit and the Re-enrollment Contract with Plan C selected. If you have not used this program in the past and would like to begin, please click here. The FACTS Tuition Management Agreement must be completed online between May 1, 2021 and June 5, 2021.
One payment paid by cash, check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card made by April 1, 2021. A discount of 2% will be taken off the total tuition owed. The discount is not taken off of the Comprehensive or Facility Fee.
One payment paid by cash, check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card (plus 3% fee) by July 1, 2021.
Ten monthly payments from July 2021 to April 2022. You will be assessed an SJCP administrative fee of $300 added on to your total amount due. FACTS charges a $42 administration fee for setting up payment plans, retained by FACTS. You may choose to make a larger deposit to defray the cost of your monthly payments. Please contact the Business Office to make arrangements.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Terms
Students awarded Merit or Academic Scholarships must remain in good academic standing. Students awarded Athletic or Fine Arts Scholarships must participate in the sport(s) or fine arts that the scholarship was awarded for.
Families who applied in FACTS and were awarded need-based aid must ensure that their applications are in a verified state by April 15, 2021. If your documents are not uploaded and not verified by FACTS, then Saint John’s Catholic Prep Financial Aid Committee reserves the right to revise your need-based award.
