Schedule Change Request
USE THIS FORM IF YOU NOTICE
AN ERROR OR PROBLEM WITH YOUR SCHEDULE.
Examples: incomplete schedule, duplicate class, missing required class, or incorrect course level.
The deadline to submit a schedule change request is August 28 at 2:45 pm. All students must complete a schedule change request form in order for counselors to review their requests. The counselors will review requests from August 15 – August 28.
As a reminder, every student needs a minimum of 26 credits for graduation, one full credit of technology, one full credit of fine arts, and one-half credit of financial literacy.
