April 29th was the start of Anxiety and Stress Relief Awareness Week planned by the SGA. Monday each class was challenged with spending the first five minutes focusing on inner reflection strategies including prayer, deep breathing, coloring, and other relaxing activities. On Tuesday music shared over the PA system between classes. On Wednesday, students had the opportunity to attend a yoga session taught by our English teacher Ms. Baum.
