Sheriff Chuck Jenkins and members of the Frederick County Sheriff's Department were on campus, Thursday, April 12, 2018, to conduct an all-staff educational program on keeping our school safe. Captain Ron Hibbard and Lt. John Packard met with the entire faculty and staff for a complete review of our safety procedures and training on the latest procedures to deal with any assailant who may try to enter our school. The Sheriff’s office focused their training on three major responses to any assailant. The first response is to avoid the assailant, second is to deny the assailant access to classrooms and other areas of the school, and the third is to defend our students and confront assailants with force and determination. Thank you to the Frederick County Sheriff's Department for helping us keep our students safe!
