Director of Enrollment Management

Saint John’s Catholic Prep is seeking a new Director of Enrollment Management.  This is a professional, senior level position requiring superior communications skills and an ability to lead a talented team of recruitment specialists.

The ideal candidate will have experience in admissions and possess excellent organizational skills.  In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with Catholic high schools and a commitment to private education.  Salary and benefits are competitive.

Enrollment Specialist

Saint John’s Catholic Preparatory School, an independent Catholic coed high school, seeks an organized professional and energetic Enrollment Specialist.  The Enrollment Specialist under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management will assist in the recruitment of new students through management of all admissions inquiries and applications submitted to the school.  Maintain the admissions database in processing of applications, test scores, transcripts, and other supporting credentials.  Assist in all recruitment events, open houses, tours and other activities of new students.  Participate in recruitment fairs and school visits.  Assist with outreach and maintain relationships with partner schools and local parishes in the Frederick and the surrounding counties.  Support the recruitment of international students.  Provide support with marketing initiatives and materials. 

Qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or related field and one to three years’ relevant work experience. Individual must be a strategic thinker, possess considerable initiative, superior interpersonal skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.  Exceptional organizational skills required along with strong written, verbal and computer skills. This position requires some evening and weekend availability.

IT Support Technician

Saint John’s Catholic Preparatory School, an independent Catholic coed high school, seeks an experienced, professional, and energetic full-time IT Support Technician to begin as soon as possible.  A bachelor’s degree Computer Science, IT or closely related field is recommended. 

The successful applicant will have the ability work with all aspects of IT at SJCP, including student and teacher help desk duties, monitoring and implementing 1 to 1 laptop program, server use and needs, printing and projector monitoring, phones, security cameras, and access points.

Coaches

Head JV Boys’ Soccer Coach

Saint John’s Catholic Preparatory School, an independent Catholic coed high school, seeks a Head JV Boys' Soccer Coach beginning August 2019. This individual would direct all of the operations of the Junior Varsity Boys Soccer team at Saint John’s Catholic Prep.  He or she would report directly to the Head Boys Soccer Coach, Mr. Wil Ricketts.  The Head Junior Varsity Boys Soccer coach would conduct practices, schedule same, travel with the team to all away games, teach, oversee adherence to all MIAA and Saint John’s Catholic Prep rules and guidelines and work to make certain that the experience Viking student athletes have through soccer builds their skills, their capabilities – on and off the soccer field – and their appreciation for fitness and competition.  Please direct all inquiries, with a resume, please, to the Athletic Director, Mr. Pete Strickland at pstrickland@saintjohnsprep.org and he will share them with Coach Ricketts.  Thank you in advance for your interest in Viking Athletics.
