Re-enrollment for 2008-09
Re-enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year is upon us. We have decided, once again, to place the Re-enrollment Contract and the Tuition Payment Estimator Worksheet online for easier access. Please return the signed Re-enrollment Contract and your deposit to the Admissions Office no later than April 4, 2008.
This year, a non-refundable reservation deposit of $400.00 is required for all returning students along with the appropriate Re-enrollment contract if postmarked by April 4, 2008. Re-enrollment Contracts received after April 4, 2008, will require a $750.00 deposit. This deposit will be applied against tuition payments for the school year.
Please note that instead of charging ancillary fees in September, as in the past, the fees have been included on the contract as a mandatory fee of $150. This fee is charged per student and includes testing, retreat, and yearbook but excludes athletic fees, bus transportation, and other charges. Please follow the instructions provided under the payment plan you choose on the Re-enrollment Contract. If you have not used our monthly tuition payment plan (FACTS) in the past and would like to begin using this plan, please contact the Admissions Office to receive this automatic payment tuition agreement.
To all families who have applied for financial aid for the 2008-2009 school year, decision letters were mailed on Monday, March 3rd and, to those families who qualified for aid, a revised Re-enrollment Contract accompanied this paperwork.
