The school year is divided into two semesters that end in mid-January and early June. The school day is divided into 8 periods, starting at 8:00 am and ending at 2:45 pm.
Each year, Saint John's graduates have 100% acceptance to college. Graduates attend a prestigious list of colleges and universities.

Current enrollment stands at 300 students in grades 9-12. The school draws from a wide geographic area encompassing Frederick, Maryland and its surrounding counties of Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Currently, Saint John's is hosting international students from China, Korea, and England.
