February Due Date
Best Buy is awarding up to $1.2 million in scholarships for students in grades 9-12. Students need solid grades, community service, or work experience to apply. Apply online at www.bestbuy-communityrelations.com or www.at15.com. Deadline: February 15

The Community Foundation of Frederick County is accepting scholarship applications on January 15 through February 15.  This is a great scholarship program - if you live in Frederick County you should apply. GE - Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program annually awards scholarships for college bound seniors who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. Cynthia E. Morgan Memorial Scholarship is now accepting applications.  Applicants must be a first generation college student, a Maryland high school or college student with a major in the medical field.  For more information, or to apply, visit http://www.cemsfund.com.

The Polish Heritage Association of Maryland, Inc. is now accepting applications until March 31.  Applicants must be a senior in high school or full time college student, legal resident of Maryland, and have at least 2 Polish ancestors.  Information on how to apply can be found at www.pha-md.org.

B. Davis Scholarship
The creators of the Student Award Search Aid website are offering a $1,000 scholarship for 2012. Please visit their website at http://www.studentawardsearch.com/scholarships.htm to learn more about the creators and to apply for scholarships. The website was developed solely for the purpose of improving the students' chances for success and helping them locate and apply for scholarships. The site is free and they do not charge a fee for the information or the application. Deadline: May 28

June Due Date
Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to continue with their scholarship program for the 4th year. October Due Date
The consulting firm of AES Engineers is committed to continuing its support of higher education by providing scholarships to deserving students. To be eligible the student needs to answer one of the essay questions that they will find on our site at http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htm. Our belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped. For that reason we are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by evaluating the essays that are submitted.
