CAREER PLANNING

THERE ARE 3 KEY STEPS IN CAREER PLANNING:

Know yourself. What are your interests, passions, abilities, and work values?
Explore your options and choose a career direction based on those answers.
Make plans and take action to accomplish your goals.

We encourage all students to check out the web site www.careertest.net and take a 15 minute on-line test to discover yourself: your strengths, personality, values, and interests. This assessment is a derivative of the Myers-Briggs Personality Test and will provide personality descriptions along with suggested career paths. We ask that students print out their results and bring a copy to the Guidance Office. Thank you!
